Reliance Bigtv — dth service error 400

I paid for five years after reliance big tv offered to give all channels for lumpsum balance. After few days most of the channels were available. But only after a month some channels stopped functioning with message of technical error and assurance that service will restart in 4 days. Since last 2 weeks all i see on all channels is error 400 and disruption due to rain.. As far as i know there is hardly any rain in most parts of the country and the message itself is misguiding the customers. Customers have atleast right to know when service will start or whether it will start. As of now i feel that brand reliance is fake and misleading.
