Reliance Bigtv — error 400 in big tv

This BIG Tv from last three to four days it shows error 400 no signal. we dont know that what happens to broadcasting site, but here in my location every thing ok. if we call to customer only beep sound and suddenly it cut off the call.
this is my address, where service person in this city tell the contacts of that person. whether it is continuing or not tell perfect information
