Reliance Bigtv — error found: signal issue - sorry for the inconvenience caused message displays on the screen

Hi,

When we turn on the tv, the screen is blank and we get to see only the message that there is an error: the signals are weak and we will get the technical issue fixed at the earliest. Sorry for the inconvenience caused message displays. From past 2-3 days, we are not able to watch tv.

Here is the reliance smart card number:[protected]. We have recharged our tv just fews days back.

Can you get the issue fixed by today end of day?
