My name is rohit. Stb #[protected]. Complaint #[protected]. Raised on 8th july 2017.
They said the stb is not in stock then. After 25 days, they are telling the same thing. From the past 25 days we are not able to even get it to work somehow. The tv is literally closed from the past 25 days.
Their "so called" executives wouldn't even pick up my call for well over 2 hours (I have the call on wait timings also).
Today when i tried calling, out of a miracle they picked. It got escalated to somebody called anju from senior team. She was least bothored about the fact that the issue has been running for 25 days. And when i asked her to discontinue my services, she said no deposit money will be refunded as i am shutting it down from my side. Then what should i do, wait for you guys if you say stb out of stock for 6 months or 1 year?
This is seriously the most irresponsible behaviour i have seen with any of the service providers in any field for that matter.
