Reliance Bigtv — I am complaint about signal lost of my tv and didn't get a valid reply from customer care | |
I am a Reliance big TV customer my Subscriber I'd is 69746484, installed on 11 September 2018. I had a complaint in reliance big TV customer care number [protected] on 0900 hrs on 24 October 2018 for signal lost Error code 400.and I got a reply from oprator that service will be resumed within 15 minutes but service couldn't resumed, then I again call and I got a reply from oprator that you talk to person who are install your big tv otherwise technicians will be sent by company to visit to your door within a week, then call to my locaI technician who installed my big tv then he replied that we will take 150 rupees visit charge then I forbid him because service is free from company within 3 months of installation.again I call customer care on same day at about 1700 hrs and I got a reply from oprator that you have not required to pay the local technicians because there is technical problems in some area so your service will be resumed within 24 hrs. But till now service is not resumed. Today again I call to customer care and gate replied from oprator miss Sandhya that technicians will be visit to you within a week.I asked the oprator for reference number for lodged complaint she denied. She replied me that there is no provision of SMS and reference number, then I asked her to connect the call to his senior officer then after a long call she replied me that my officer is very busy you call later. Sir I am very unhappy with service of this company and his staff. Please do need full as soon as possible Thank-you Was this information helpful? | |
