Reliance Bigtv — independent tv installation | |||||
Applied online on INDEPENDENT TV Site for a new connection making payment of Rs 1999.00. Their official visited on 24th Dec, did partial installation of equipment, charged me for Installation, cost of Cable & cost of connectors. Promised to visit next day for completion of installation. No one visited later to complete installation. Everyday since 24th Dec I am calling Customer Care. They say the Connection is ACTIVE at their end that means the meter is already running against my subscription but installation is not done. Sent eMails also but in vain. It clearly is a case of cheating by such a big company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
