Reliance Bigtv — independent tv (rdtv) picture quality is very bad. waste product and support | |||
After 7-8 months struggle I got (RDTV) independent tv set box installed. Later i understand they have used MP2 technology even though current technology is MP4. Picture Quality is very bad, Most of the time we can not identify the faces (picture) itself. Lot of waves in picture, Sound quality is pretty bad. It is a total waste product. I have made enough complaints to customer care, Emails, they keep saying it takes few more months to rectify and until then need to struggle. Instead of going for these kind of junk products. We need to think of better product.. This is totally waste product after spending INR 2250/- Was this information helpful? | |||

expecting the worst quality of service i rejected to accept the connection when they called me for my availability, i asked to refund the advance amount which is 499 RS i paid on march 2nd, they asked me to call customer care to get refund which is a pathetic one i came across so far in my life, no one can speak proper english for that matter they won't given a proper answer, so i sent a mail to [protected]@independenttv.in from which i didn't get a response, its a one way communication..
