Reliance Bigtv — installation of dth and repeated follow-ups

I have booked a independent tv set top box on 24-dec-2018 by paying rs. 2000 online with booking id - r[protected]. It was committed that same would be installed within 15 days.

Its been now almost 2 months, the same has not been installed yet. On enquiring with customer care i am not getting any status update for the same as well.
