Reliance Bigtv — new connection pending since april 2018 | |||||
Dear sir, I have booked for a new connection on 08.03.2018 with booking id 12510275 and was informed that installation will be done in 30 to 45 days. On 04.05.2018 i received a confirmation message that installation of your big tv will commence from 15.06.2018 but i regret to inform the same has not been done even after lapse of 8 months. I have talked to their customer care on [protected] on 19/11/2018, 22/11/2018 everytime they informed that this will be done in 2-3 days but same has not happened.
