[Resolved]  Reliance Bigtv — No response on complaint

Dear sirs,

With utter frustration i am forced to write this letter for a small service request and mark this eamil to any id and different mediums since i can't even make a service request call to the call center since the ivr now says that i have exhausted my limit of calls to be made in call center through my registered mobile no... Isn't its ridiculous that you can only call 3 -4 times. Ok even if i understand you have an internal policy so that customers can't complain for the deficiency in your services but is there no tat for a customer at-least a simple call from the company.

On 17th may 2016 i have raised a complaint with the reliance digital big tv customer care service ([protected]) stating that my set top box is not functioning having smart card no [protected] and lodged my complain. I was promised that they will send a technician or atleast a technician will come or either call me in 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and again tried to reach to check on my complain and again a similar promise of escalation and technician visit by next day. As expected again no response from any technician and i again called up the customer service toll free number and reported that no one is visiting nor anyone calling me. Again a similar lie that your problem will be resolved within 24hrs. It's been now 7th day since i lodged a complaint regarding the issue and yet i have a resolution or a proper response. I even had talks with the supervisors of the call center even they were not able to give a clear solution (Once it was pandurang and today ms. Divya toranwe).

Please consider my complaint serious and take necessary action and resolve my query. Also if possible in-built to your crm system of having tat or at-least speaking to customer to wait for a particular period till the response is given.

I have been a customer of reliance big tv from past 5 years. However in the recent days the service is deteriorating day by day. Yes of-course as advised by one of your supervisor to take disconnection and change service provider, i would be very happy but the request to refund the balance money is my account is also not accepted. Unfortunately i have taken year long pack from your company.

As a customer i feel humiliated and cheated with this kind of service that is being provided by such a reputed company.

With an expectation to hear from the company soon.
