Reliance Bigtv — non updation of complete channels | |||
Reliance big tv vc number:[protected] recharged for rs.750 on[protected]. Spoke to customer care on no. [protected] for gemini cannel is not updated. The same informed to customer care on the above said number in which they informed that some of channels not updated and will be updated by 31st january 2018. So far not updated. Again spoke today on[protected] to custome care on the said number @! 2;20 am in which it said that complete channels will be updated within 48 hours and the way the customer care communicated on phone is dissatisfied. I request you to kindly take necessary action and solve the problem by updating the complete channels especially gemini channel in that. Was this information helpful? | |||
