Reliance Bigtv — not providing big tv even after paying money

Froudster event by reliance digital. I pay rs 500 for Installation of big tv online on their offer and they promise installation will be done between 30 to 45. Days.Booking ID is 14522744. Call many times to customer care. only false promises made by customer care.Booked 14 mar 2018 still no action, they take my money and still not providing dish connection.

I already pay 500 rs on 14th march 2018.they promised that installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days.MY Booking ID is 14522744 and No of Connections 1. I already call customer care but they are only making fake promises and not yet install the big tv.please do relative action for the following
