Reliance Bigtv — not providing channel after paying money | |||
Guys don't take independent tv, they are totally faking every one, & don't trust this dth operator,,, Taken a new connection by paying 3000rs all channels for 1year,, without any interept as there plan itself,, for first 3 months they have given all channels,, Now they says as per trai rules we can't able to give all channels u must sellct only one language that much only... After lots of complaint yet my independent TV connection not working yesterday we call again then no any response from customer service
One year no service charges
But customer care demand service charges 300 for sending technician
This is very poor service
