Reliance Bigtv — not received any message and not shown booking status | |||
On[protected] i prebook for reliance digital tv but i haven't got any sms or email of confirmation after booking reliance digital tv connection. I had also paid the booking amount. My transaction id for booking for a purchase worth rs499.0 on pos reliancecomm at reliancecomm txn# lt[protected]. I tried to call on customer care service but each time i called there was no response from both of there customer care numbers. I had booked Reliance DTH on 8th March 2018, however the product has not been received yet. Booking ID is 12513183. Also paid ₹500 for booking and they said that the product shall be received in 30-45 days but since 6 months no product has been received.
