I had booked dish tv of rs (499) on 12th march. I haven't received order placed message it has been over a month. When will you guys come for installation?. Still i am waiting. Toll free numbers and their nodal officers numbers are not working. I wrote them but not received any reply. Don't know where to complain. I have same problem, made pre-booking with prescribed payment but still no confirmation after successful payment made. who will take appropriate action against them.
