Reliance Bigtv — poor customer care

I tried calling reliance big tv customer care today morning as i was not getting any channels in my tv, but the arrogant lady who attended the phone disconnected the call without even hearing my queries. People like her should be made to sit in her home and attend personal calls only as no one calling for a support is going to tolerate a conduct like this. We are paying for their service and the response we are getting is very poor. Representatives like her will spoil the company name itself. My mobile number registered with the connection is [protected]. If any concerned official can track my call and take an action against that lady, it would be really appreciated
