The reliance big tv guys are careless about their customers, i was trying to contact them since 3 days their ivr system is not connecting to their executives. Moreover i have recharged my reliance big tv account for this month but no service is provided, please beware these guys before spending your money. everyday i am trying to call them but they dont allow my call to reach customer care executives rather the ivr system says that the maximum attempts for the day are over.
