[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — Poor signal & non service | |||||
Dear sir, I am consumer of reliance big tv & my card no.[protected] Name : smt tanima mishra My channels are not visible since last one & half month due to poor signal. Complaints lodged repeatedly through toll free no. Last lodged on 17/11/2016 ; on 19/11/2016 ; & on 21/11/2016 complain no.[protected] not resolved so far. Each time i being consoled that technical person will visit my residents and rectify the problem. While i am paying money but not getting the service. I have been harassed by service provider while going on paying the monthly rentals. West of time & harassments of customer can't be a symbol of good service Hence, request for earliest resolution of my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
