Reliance Bigtv — pre-booking of dth in march and still connection not installed

I had booked a connection of reliance digital tv on dated 1/3/2018.
My Smart card no is 12506707 and receipt cum invoice nos is DL[protected]. But still after 5 months i didnot get my connection insalled.
I called to customer care, in the starting, they just tell that this will installed in few days but after that they just called me to email your complaint. i will complaint to give id and after giver 2 reminders didnot get any response from reliance team.
please update my schedule for installation shortly as it was nearly around 5 months passes.Please take take necessary action regatding installation of connection.
