Reliance Bigtv — realignment/refitting of dish tv | |||
Hi, From past few days i'm not able to see any channels and getting this error 400- signal lost. I called customer care she said a technician will visit my house within 7 days and check the fitting and if necessary will refit the dish properly. But she didn't provide me with any complaint number rather on asking the same she said you will get a confirmation call from our end and on confirmation i will be provided with the complaint number and the technician will visit my house. But it's been more the 7 days now neither any call came nor any technician. And now the customer care people are also not reachable, whenever i call it either gets disconnected immediately or after some time. Other numbers are also not reachable or every time they are busy. What to do now? It's annoying and frustrating to was our time on such things. Very bad services by reliance. If no action is taken i'll have to switch to some other digital network.
