Reliance Bigtv — recharge reliance digital tv but there is no service - want refund | |||||
I had been using Reliance Digital TV services a year back and stopped using them due to expensive monthly recharges. My smart card number is[protected]. After more than a year, since our local cable network recently has some issues, I recharged my reliance connection for an annual package of Rs.1499 on 31st January 2018, but didn't see any channels immediately and I was told that I would see them within 24 hours. Even after 2 days of waiting, I didn't see anything & the customer care executives asked me to do another recharge for Rs.175 for sending a technician home and I even did that on 3rd Feb as they told that there would be some issue with the smart card or set top box. Till date the technician has not arrived and they keep saying that someone would come within 24 hours whenever I call them. Only yesterday I came to know that Reliance Big TV has stopped their services and have asked their customers to migrate to other services. Unaware of all these things, I have done two recharges and has not received any service for the amount I paid. I think this is a big scam as they are cheating innocent customers of their hard earned money. I want a refund of all my money. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
