Reliance Bigtv — refund of deposit

I have booked reliance dish tv connection on 18 mar 2018 and deposited rs 500. Till date neither connection has been set nor refund of deposit has been issued. Recently come to know that the same has sold to independence tv.
Very shocking and not expected from company like reliance.
My mob no [protected] to find out details as no of times spoken to customer care and mail return...
