I had applied for new dth connection (Independent tv) on 21/11/2018 through online payment. I did not get connection or refund still now. I have to face mental, psychological and economical problem regarding this. I had talked customer care representative regarding this many times. Alwaysthey only told after a week your problem will be solve. I did not get connection or refund. Today i talked company customer care representative regarding this but his behave to talk is not good. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible...
