[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — reliance big tv displays error 400. problem not resolved since 15 days | |||||
We have registered a complaint as error 400 has being displayed, complaint no[protected] was registered on[protected] and the customer care representative said that a technician will visit within 48 hours since 15 days. There was no technician visit even after repeated phone calls to customer care, which is a lengthy process of choosing different options which is lengthy procedure and waste of time. We are feeling bad for this type of service by reliance dth. Please guide us for further action to be taken and take action at your end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
