I had booked reliance big tv on march 2nd at around 12 am in reliance site by paying 499/-. My booking id is 12514215 and my registered mobile number is [protected]. Received a local call from distributor on september saying that installation will be completed on september 20 but after that no information at all. When i tried to call back got message that number ([protected]) is switched off. Each time starting from october when i call reliance big tv customer care got reply that connection will be provided on weekend. Many weeks passed by and same reply from customer care guys. I had sent multiple follow emails to [protected]@rbtv.in requesting status, but no reply at all.
