Sir i had booked on 6th of march 2018 @ rupee 499/- after watch very big advertisement on newspaper with their big promise that within 30 to 45 days we will install but today on 29th june 2018 116 days has been gone even i did not get single call from their side. From 20th of april 2018 after 46 days has been gone i am calling them every week but they only told every week that next week sure we will install. They have collected more then 1000 crore suppose if only 2 crore people done @ rs. 499/person then it will be near about rs. 1000 crore. It means they have collected rs. 1000 crore without any interest and using for their own benefits. They even do not care about their customer for that i have send them mail several times but did not get even single reply even i mail to trai but they also did not give reply i am asking no body can ask them. Should government take action or not?
But no one is thinking even trai who regulate is not giving reply.
If any one can help without asking any expenditure to do some legal action against the looter & cheater company like reliance bigtv then please feel to contact me.
