Reliance Bigtv — reliance digital tv pre booking fraud | |||||
Going by the offer provided by the company i also booked a connection in the so called "pre bookin" offer of the comany on its website www.reliancedigitaltv.com on date 10th june 2018, where it is clearly mentioned that the waiting period is of 30-45 days. Even after completing 2 months there is no message from companies side. I called to customer care got the answer that they do not know when they will be able to deliver the connection. When asked for refund, got a reply that they can not refund the money, i need to mail to [protected]@rbtv.in for the same. Done with the mail part but did not received any response from them.
