[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — Service request[protected] | |||||
I brought new tv and connected the setup box but channel are coming in back and white with blue lines. I called up call center and they told me setup box issue will replace with new one. As i am priority customer they told me, will do service in 24 hours. Now it has been 75 hrs no one responded on the issue. When i call back to call center every time they saying will update to backend and issue will be resolved as soon as possible. I spoke with one of the supervisor samuel, he is very rude and he asking wait for sometime or else go and switch for others service. I asked him to transfer call to his manager, he said i am the manager and no one above me. I did mistake by opting reliance big tv.
