Reliance big tv has ceased dth services and all channels show no signal error message. Set top box and dish preamplifier tested and found perfectly working. Customercare number has only a pre-recorded message that all lines are busy. Stop this sham charade and either restore services immediately or refund account balance along with cost of dish, preamp, cable and set top box to enable me to go to a good dth provider without wasting further time with you.
