Reliance Bigtv — services stopped suddenly even after paying 2,500 inr

I have subscribed for two tears with annual charges of 2, 500 INR. After that they stopped the channels one by one and finally disconnected.
Customer care lines are made busy purposefully and they don’t have any courtesy of informing what has happened ever after paying for the entire year subscription and just absconding.

We want refund our full amount .

Updated by Ravi1@k Till now there is no news till today from Big TV .Neither the channels started nor the customer lines. Pl. suggest as how to proceed .I want my money back. We are missing all the entertainment of IPL matches and Election news (Karnataka)
