Reliance Bigtv — set-top box not receiving signal | |||||
Dear sir, Set top box not receiving signals and hanging continuously for every 5 mins. When i contacted customer executive they said set top box in under warranty and we will provide new set top box and accommodate support engineers. For more than three months they are saying no stock in set-top box. And now they saying there is no warranty on box. Till now no support engineers checked this issue.
