We have raised a complaint on 13th june'17 for a setup box issue, till date nobody has visited nor called.

We have been calling daily to customer care, non of your representative has an idea when they will get the setup box. They are simply saying setup box not in stock and we will resolve the issue in 2 days, and this word repeatedly saying from day one.

At least your representative has an idea when they will get a stock and has to confirm proper way to customer for the convince.
