Reliance Bigtv — signal quality very poor and hence no picture for last 3 days | |||
The signal quality is very bad and due to this i am not able to view any channels neither configure. I tried calling the customer care but it says the operator is not available after asking all the options. The service is very bad and pathetic. I am not finding any other number except [protected] to contact the customer care or the concerned technical team. But i receive calls from reliance ppl asking to recharge from local number in bangalore, think these are contract ppl. My smartcard number is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not able to talk to customer care. Whenever i call on toll free no. [protected] then they are saying that we are not able to give you service right now. I have recharged since last 2 days but even not able to see any channel. Kindly resolve my problem. my card no is.[protected]
