My name c. Sugumar My reliance big tv dth smart card no[protected] I have recharged last month sept 20th for "silver package" with two tamil channels package by paying rs 3600/= (Annual) Last 15 dys sun net work channels not airing in the tv totally disconnected. Only blank dark screen displays. Sun tv net work are sun tv sun music ktv sun news etc. All disconnected. Customer care tollfree no not working.. No executive available to receive My complaint. Very very poor service. If they are unable to replay to me or not able to re telecast the sun tv channels kindly refund my recharge amt rs 3600 to me and disconnct the dth connection immediately. C. My smart card number is[protected] . I wanted to recharge the same but unable to know the amount since your customer care number is not reachable though I'm trying it for the past 15 days. Pls do the needful.
