Reliance Bigtv — worst servicing/not keeping promise

My smart card number is[protected]. I'm using this product since 2008. But since november 2017 i felt this product is worthless and no one is there to supervise. All toll free number are inactive. Also ennumber of channels are blocked. Being a customer we have a right to know the reasons for your careless service. The people sitting in toll free number are very useless and very unprofessional. Even i paid your charges why your company is unable to provide the promised channels. And also not bother to attend customer calls. Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. No of channels have been discontinued. And no customer care number is available anywhere. Why should not we approach consumer forum's for redressal. Regards

Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution
Government of India about Reliance Big TV fraud. The number on which i have put complaint is [protected](One, eight, double zero, double one, four, triple zero. You can also put complain on this number.
