Reliance Broadband — Disconnection of internet | |||
This is really pity on your part that i have sent so many emails to you for correcting my overcharged bill, but instead of correcting it you guys have disconnected my connection as my Internet is not working from 9.8.15 and when i called to Reliance customer care today, to my surprise i got to know that you have disconnected my connection because of non payment of bill and i have sent you so many emails previously with my account statement attached in those emails to clarify that i have already paid bill for the month of june and i have attached that statement again also in this email. My Name is Khushbu Gupta resident of New Delhi. I am using Reliance Wimax connection having User ID:[protected]. My billed amount is Rs.1685 every month which i always pay by Corporation bank Cheque but this i am getting messages on my mobile no:[protected] that Rs.1959.06 is due on 10.7.15 against bill dated 19.06.15 which is not possible because i have paid full amount of RS.1685 through cheque no. 384175 for which i have attached my Bank Statement along with this email which clearly shows that this chequed is cleared from my account . So kindly make adjustments in your database and revert back this amount as i have already made all the payments on time and all my cheques are cleared. I have attached in this email scanned copy of Bank Statement. Kindly check in that that cheque no. 384175 for the month of June is already cleared.
