Removal of connection (Complaint Reference #[protected] /[protected] /[protected] My Internet connection has been down for last 3 weeks for which i had raised a complaint on 27.07.2014 under reference[protected]. This was closed without confirmation if service resumed or not. I raised fresh request on 05.08.2014 under reference[protected] which remained unattended till 13.08.2014. Despite making repeated calls at your customer care centre, my concern was not attended nor reverted. Executive all the time gave false assurances that connection would be restored without any specified time lines. Such is the Poor service of yours that i never received any call since 27th August. I had placed request to disconnect the connection on 14.08.2014 under reference[protected]. Till very time i draft this compliant, i have not received any single call of resolution or disconnection. If such is the quality of your response, customer feel to have taken worst service provider. I have been billed with Bill for which i had NO or VERY LITTLE usage.
