I took a prepaid dongle later coverted to postpaid, did not use it for 4 months and the bill was generated. I went to outlet and raised a request for waiver for a month bill..except for the request number no updates were given inspit of visiting outlet umpteen no. Of times Meanwhile customer care guys started calling 6-7 times every day and I had to repeat the same explanation so many times... Called me at odd times purposefully and harassed me unnecessarily.. Speaking in Kannada even after I told them I can't understand nd asked them to spk in English. Today a lady called and spoke so rashly threatening to send legal notice to my residence nd office if I don't pay the bill of 1474/- I told her about the request I have raised and she spoke as if I have committed a crime and asked where is the cancellation letter? She said she will block my phone no. Which belongs to tata DoCoMo. I don't know if this is fake but I paid the bill now to avoid headache..ii currently on bed rest after a major accident and I was too weak to converse with the lady strongly to present my point and moreover she was simply threatening me and harassed me with her words not even considering that she was speaking to a lady...the few days I used that goddamn dongle it was not at all good ..I had to struggle so much to get it activated..horrible service and disgusting disrespectful service..please take action for the pain and harassment Ive been facing since months and especially the call I got today Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes i will submit my details on that link you provided, and I will discontinue your services including my Rel. Mobile and Rel life insurance for which I'm paying a premium of more than 10k and my spouses insurance for which the premium is nearly 15k...please help me with the cancellation procedure as well...if you are threatening me for an amt. Of1475 without any updates on my request for waiver...it is obvious that your other services will be no better
