Reliance Broadband — Harassing for payment when there is no connectivity for 2 months | |||
Since Oct 1st my broadband internet was not working(Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected]. After repeated 8-10 complaints it was not resolved. Every time I raised a complaint 2 days later the complaint was closed stating that issue is resolved but actually it wasn't resolved. Since Oct 1st I don't have internet connectivity. Finally mid of Oct I raised a complaint for service termination and it was also closed without any resolution. Then I raised the complaint in grahakseva (link: http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/219087/reliance-internet-connectivity-issue ) to which the Reliance associate called me up and said that there is some issue with network and it will soon be resolved; also that the bill for the entire month of Oct will be waived off since there was no service. By Oct end the issue wasn't resolved then I again raised for service termination. Till date there is no update on the request and everyday I get calls and messages for payment of pending bill for the month of October. Why should I pay the bill when there was no service at all? Further it was stated by our executive that the Oct bill will be waived off. And what happened to the termination request? Why am I getting calls and messages everyday for the bill payment?
