[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — No response for new broadband connection | |||
Hi, I have been sending mails to reliance from the past 1 month but no action taken. Application : for new broad band connection Applicant name : deepa Mobile number : [protected] Address: 10, janardhan reddy buildings, 1st cross, bellandur, bangalore Details are as below 1. Applied for the new reliance broadband connection through agent (Mr venkatesh) on 5th june at bangalore. The agent name is mr venkatesh. But i lost the acknowledgement. 2. Icici cheque 361644 (Amount rs 1580) which was given in the name of rcom and the cheque was deducted on 12th june 2015. 3. When we checked with agent (Mr venkatesh) on 16th june he said he left the company and given his colleague (Mr. Amaranth) number. 4. Later we contacted mr amarnath but he want the application number 5. Contacted the customer care for 3 times and asked them to take the complaint. But they informed that they will escalate but not ready to take complaint I am totally dissatisfied with reliance refund the cheque amount. No response from anyone... NO ONE in RELIANCE is READY to work on customer issues... WORST EVER SERVICE
