[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Poor service quality in terms of connectivity and broadband speed | |||||
I subscribed to Reliance Broadband considering the fact that being a private organisation and a brand name like Reliance, the quality of service will be good compared to any other organisation but have been regretting this decision. The connectivity of broadband is very poor and rarely my internet gets connected and when it does the speed is so poor that opening google search page seems to be a challenge. I have subscribed to a 4Mbps plan but it feels as if like a 512Kbps connectivity. I have also raised multiple complaints from last 1.5 months and the only answer i get is it will be resolved in a week or so but the service requests are closed without a consent from our end. Such a poor quality of service was never expected from Reliance. They seem to be no better than BSNL guys. Was this information helpful? | |||||
