[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Refund is pending | |||||
I applied for a Reliance Broadband Connection in July 2015 at my house in Patel Nagar Ghaziabad. At that time I submitted a cheques of Rs. 1198/- After few days I got the following reply from their side: " Thank you for choosing Reliance for Broadband connection. We have received your application and processed this for activation. The activation may take upto 5 days. As per your application your details are as below. 1.CAF no:[protected] 2.Subscriber ID/s :[protected] 3.Name(Customer Name):MS KUNTI TYAGI 4.Address(Customer Address) XXXX PATEL NAGAR-3 GHAZIABAD 5.Alternate Contact No:98106XXXXX 6.e-mailID:[protected]@gmail.com 7.Services Opted:Broadband 8.RatePlan:WICF699 In case of any query please free to contact us at 30337777 or[protected] or write us at [protected]@relianceada.com Thanking You, Broadband Services Reliance Communications Limited" Even after 10 days or so the installation was not done and their persons regret that the connection is not possible and they will refund my money within a month or two.
