[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Refund of advance as unable to provide connection | |||
Hello, I have applied for a reliance connection and paid required amount via cheque to agent Ghanesh ([protected]) on 18-May-2014. Check was cleared next day and got an RCOM Order Acceptance email form Reliance on 19-May-2014. [protected] We have received your application and processed this for activation. The activation may take upto 5 days. As per your application your details are as below. 1. CAF no.:[protected] 2. Subscriber ID/s : 1) POTS - [protected] 2) DIA[protected] [protected]-- After that no body came for activation and when I tried to reach Ghanesh over phone, he did not answer phone. After trying many times over a week he gave number of Yashodhar ([protected]) to follow up. He also repeated same story and after a long follow up, he finally sent an SMS saying servive installation is not possible due to port issue. Now as activation is not possible, I would like my money to be refuned. Please start the process and let me know the time frame when I get the refund. I would like to go for other service provider.
