[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broad Band not working since 20/08/2014 around 8.30 evening | |
My broad band id[protected]. Pritesh Shah, CA. I have been complaining constantly but reliance customare care employees are not giving proper answers and the reliance broadband is not working since 20/08/2014. My works has been stopped. Inspite of repeated requests the reliance team has not solved the problem may be due to their intention of not solving problems or poorest efficiently. If reliance is not able to solve the problem, then my money may be refunded. Each customer are executive comes with new reason outage, server problem. Customer care executive promissed to send the engineer but never send the engineer and later on they refuse to send the engineer.
