[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance broadband cheating and not giving benefit data | |
Hi I am thinagar and recharged on - 6-8-14 Rs1299/- for my Reliance Data card .I got only 15GB data but i never get the benefit 5Gb. So i complaint to reliance customer care on 31-6-14 but still no response from reliance customer care service.They are told we ill clear the issues with in 24hr but now 4days left.still i am using from 15Gb data.Customer care are cheating or reliance cheating.how to solve the issues. i called many time to reliance customer care but they are irresponsible behaviors done.put my call hold more than 25mins.
