[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance broadband services problem over a month over filing complaint. | |||
I am using the Reliance broadband services o[censored]ser id :[protected]. I have complained many times but they didn't resolve it yet. First time I issued case on 8th Oct, than on 16th Oct complaint tt no.: CNM[protected]. And status of both the cases they changed to closed without acknowledging me and without resolving any issue. Worst I faced. Than again on 1st Nov. I logged a new case complaint no.:[protected] and than called daily to seek the status, they say it will get resolved by today or end of the day. but they are unable to resolve it yet.I talked with their managers. In mail also they told to resolve it by 5th but than too, they are unable. Am facing a lot of problem due to this and got a loss of 10000 due to this net not working from over a month.(8th oct - till now). Thanks, Vivek Ojha Was this information helpful? | |||
