Reliance broadband is cheating public with wrong commitment and with wrong communication. please take action and do the needful for me. Dear Sir/Madam, My name is C.Ashokkumar from chennai, I have bought a data card 3 months before (Data Card No: [protected] Post paid) in Reliance show room which located in west mambalam, chennai-600033. Issue Details: 1.After buying on 20.04.2015, it was activated only for 2 days and then it was deactivated, without any notice. Latter i have enquired with the reliance showroom they told it was deactivated because during third party verification i was not in home but nobody has called when they reached my residence. (If they YES, ask your third party to provide the call log.) It was not activated for more than 15 days, latter it was activated and i have paid my first bill amount Rs, 269. 2. After activation the speed was dead slow, Reliance has committed that the speed of the data will be 14 mbs but the connection speed was less than 10kbs. From May 10th 2015 to June 15th 2015 the speed was dead slow and then i have enquired the show room, they told it will be rectified and they told through India they have a problem in their product and in Reliance network. I have contacted MR. Bala (He himself introduced as a franchisee head) and he got my data card and told me that he will rectify my problem within two day. Yes he has increased the speed level of my data connection. But from MAY TO JUNE 2015 i have not utilised my data, so he told me that he will take a wave off for 50% in my june 2015 bill so that he told me to wait, so that he can enquire the authority. So still now i have not paid my bill. Due to which my connection was deactivated. Please resolve my issue. No body is responding for me. Kindly find the attachment. Fine. i required my activation plus wave off from my bill, why should i pay when i don't get a quality product. so if am not going to get any remedy, it will be taken to the consumer court via TRAI.
