[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst internet service ever

Date 7th july SIR, Reliance user id :[protected] FIRST, SINCE MAY OF 2014, ITS JULY 2014, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON CHANGE OF MODEM SECOND, THE INTERNET STOPPED WORKING. THIRD, WE HAVE MADE CALLS TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE A COUNTLESS NUMBER OF TIMES EVEN AT YOUR NODAL OFFICER. COMPLAIN ID :[protected] I HAVE INSULTED YOU GUYS ON CUSTOMER CARE, FACEBOOK PAGE, MANY MORE SITES FOR WORST INTERNET SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED, EVEN PROVIDED MY USER ID THERE. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SINCE THEN. WE WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR JUNE AND JULY 2014. REDUCE THE MONEY OF THESE FROM OUR BILL. I am facing serious problem from dead internet connection. I have made complaints many a times and mailed thrice, but till now I haven't been provided with the solution. My Internet connection is not in working condition since 7 days now. Till now no technician have visited at my address to check the problem, nor any solution have been provided from your back end side. I am very very dissatisfied and my business is in trouble due to non working of internet. Its an urgent request to resolve my issue of non working of modem and hence internet. Please please look into the matter as soon as possible, providing me with a solution and net connection. I cannot afford my loss on daily basis just because of your poor quality of internet service which works only 15 days a month and customer care who do not resolves problem ever. I request you to provide me bill of only15 days this month, as your service was active only 15 days. It had been a week now, i made a complaint..firstly your toll free number[protected] is hard to talk to the executive, secondly when any executive appears on the call, the complaint is written without any responsibility to solve the same. All i hear is " 24 hours will be taken to provide you solution" God damit, when will your 24 hours end??? It had been 7 days now. I havent received any call from your side in regard for solving my issue, nor any executive have visited my place to check out the problem. Its an strict order to disconnect the bloddy disgusting internet connection of yours. I provide you only one day that is till 3july to solve my issue, else cut my connection and send me the bill of 15 days.. Or on 4th july i will simply throw away your modem and fixed line phone on the road. Its a strict warning. Really fed up!!!
