[Resolved] Reliance CDMA — misguiding and harassing the consumer | |||
Sir, I am using reliance Cdma service mobile No.- [protected] and was surfing the "freecharge.in" site for online mobile recharge . i just chose the power of Rs.45 in which it was showing their that for next 90 days i will be charged @1p/ per 2sec and i recharged it with order id-FCVW[protected] on freecharge.in site but as soon as i got the message on my cellphone it was showing that i will be charged @ 1.2p/2 sec. so i just called customer care of reliance regarding this issue but they just rejected my request and told that they just cant help me and cut the call. i am just feeling helpless at the moment . So i just wanna complaint against the reliance communication for misguiding the consumers. i want an immediate action in regard of this and compensation from company for faking the consumer and harrasing me.
