Hello I am user of DTH Reliance BigTV consumer no.[protected]. I have recharged my card for 8 month subscription on 28/07/2014 and that will continue till date 24/03/2015 but Reliance BigTv stopped my channels on 13/01/2015 and not restarting it after my repeated request and was asking for refill again.
